At Ruby's Faith Jewellery, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12pm will be prioritised for same-day dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that personalised or custom orders may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Nationwide Delivery — South Africa
We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa using ISH Courier Services, a trusted and reliable courier partner.

Major cities include Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, and George.
Outlying and remote areas may take longer and attract a higher delivery fee. If you're unsure whether your area is considered outlying, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the ISH Courier Services website or app. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery during standard business hours. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a re-delivery or collection arrangement will be made. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout — Ruby's Faith Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Orders are packed in branded jewellery boxes, making them perfect for gifting.
Public Holidays
Please note that deliveries are not made on South African public holidays. If your order falls around a public holiday, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.
